Mission and Vision

Meetings are and will always be necessary. Of course back in the day we settled our differences by beating each other over the head, now we negotiate to reach a solution.

To us a meeting is a gathering of people who all want to reach good decisions.

Good decisions are made when the correct information is available, when there’s a good exchange of opinions and ideas, and when relevant parties participate. Good decisions contribute to a good society.

Our vision

We know meetings, and we feel that the bar can be raised. We want better preparation, better communication before, during and after the meeting. We also know that the amount of time, energy and money spent on meetings can be reduced. We see a lot of room for improvement in these three areas:

1 – The process. We can meet less, for shorter times, be more focussed. We can make meeting efficiency measurable.

2 – The content. Meeting results could be better: better carried, better informed, make quicker decisions. In short: better communicated and explained.

3 – The planning: less actions, less paper, less time spent preparing and processing meetings.

Our mission

By developing and supplying meeting support software we want to improve meetings in such a way that they yield as many good decisions as possible. Our solutions improve the way we meet, the quality of the meeting and support meeting organizers.
