Smart integration

Meetings are (usually) no separate entities. Integration in the primairy process is important. That is why OurMeeting integrates perfectly with company software like document management systems, ERP or workflow programs.

OurMeeting imports and exports documents from and to these systems. This also applies to notes that are added to documents before or during the meeting. In addition, authorisations can be incorporated, ensuring that each meeting participant receives the documents they are supposed to receive.
